Pasta cookers and fully equipped workstations designed for the preparation and cooking of pasta.
These stations allow students to practice in conditions similar to those found in a restaurant kitchen or professional pasta laboratory.

Additional equipment can be provided upon request during the courses.

Since Italgi’s headquarters are located in the same building, it is possible to bring additional machinery directly into the training laboratory to further enrich the learning experience.
